This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails and the agreement is governed by Italian law.
1 — Data controller

2 — Data we process
We process technical browsing data, information submitted through contact and waiting-list forms, and cookie data.
Clipper account and payment data may include name, address, date and place of birth, Italian tax code where applicable, tax regime, VAT number and bank details.
For clippers resident outside Italy, we process tax-residence country and a local VAT or equivalent tax identifier for self-billing, payment and Italian tax compliance.
Brand account data may include company name, VAT number, billing code or certified email, address and payment records. Please do not submit special-category data in free-text fields.
3 — Purposes and legal bases
We process data to operate and secure the site, manage waiting-list registrations, answer enquiries, arrange calls, administer clipper and brand payments, meet legal obligations and protect legal claims.
Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with consent. Required form fields are optional to provide, but we cannot answer or deliver the requested service without them.
4 — How data is processed
Authorised personnel use electronic systems with technical and organisational safeguards proportionate to risk. We do not carry out automated decisions under Article 22 GDPR.
5 — Retention
Waiting-list data is kept for up to 24 months or until consent is withdrawn. Commercial enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless a contract begins.
Tax and accounting records, including invoices, self-billing invoices, receipts, ledger entries and withdrawals for non-Italian clippers, are retained for 10 years under Italian law.
Deleting an account anonymises profile data but does not remove records that must legally be retained.
6 — Recipients
Service providers may process data on our behalf, including Google for email, Lovable for hosting and infrastructure, and the analytics or advertising providers listed in the Cookie policy.
Tax and bank data is visible only to its owner and authorised Klip Flix administrators. Brands do not see a clipper’s tax code, tax regime, VAT number, address or bank details.
7 — Transfers outside the EEA
Where suppliers process data outside the EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR.
8 — Your rights
You may exercise rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, by writing to hello.klipflix@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
9 — Children
Klip Flix is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
10 — Changes
We may update this notice, particularly as the platform launches. The current date is shown at the top of this page.
