This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails and the agreement is governed by Italian law.
1 — Scope
These terms govern access to klipflix.com, operated by Blaster Foundry S.r.l. They cover the informational site and its enquiry forms. Platform use is also subject to specific terms, including the Clipper terms.
2 — Acceptance
By accessing the site, you accept these terms. Do not use the site if you do not agree.
3 — Available functions
Visitors may read public information, join the clipper waiting list, send brand enquiries and use the contact form.
4 — Non-binding enquiries
Joining a waiting list or sending an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee platform access. Economic examples are indicative and are not a public offer under Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
5 — User duties
Provide accurate information, do not use the site unlawfully, do not interfere with security or operation, and do not send automated or bulk form submissions.
6 — Intellectual property
The Klip Flix brand, logos, copy, graphics and code belong to Blaster Foundry or their respective owners and are protected by law. Reproduction requires written permission unless allowed by law.
7 — Liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by Italian law, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8 — Third-party links
We do not control or accept responsibility for third-party websites linked from this site.
9 — Force majeure
We are not liable for failures beyond reasonable control, including network outages, cyberattacks and authority measures.
10 — Personal data
Personal data is handled under our Privacy notice and Cookie policy.
11 — Changes
We may amend these terms. Changes take effect when published here.
12 — Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. The Court of Catania has exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
If the Italian and English versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
13 — Final provisions
If one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
