Referral terms

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails and the agreement is governed by Italian law.
1 — Scope
Registered Clippers may earn commission by inviting new users through their personal referral link or code.
2 — Eligibility
Only active Clippers complying with the Clipper terms may participate.
3 — Referral attribution
The invited person must be a new user and register through the Referrer’s link or code. Referrals cannot be added retrospectively.
4 — Commission
The Referrer earns 5% of the invited user’s net clipping payouts for three months after registration. There is no payment for registration alone or for second-level referrals. Klip Flix funds the commission; it does not reduce the invited user’s payout.
5 — Payment
Commission follows the same holding period, minimum withdrawal and tax rules as Clipper terms Articles 10 and 11.
6 — Prohibited conduct
Self-referrals, unsolicited messages, misleading earnings claims, paid ads targeting the Klip Flix trade mark and attempts to manipulate the programme are prohibited.
7 — Changes and closure
We may change or close the programme with 30 days’ notice. Commission already earned remains payable.

The Clipper terms apply to matters not covered here.
